Compliance/HIPAA

Health care compliance represents a significant portion of the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group's activity. Members of the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group have developed corporate compliance plans for a variety of clients, including long term care facilities, providers of services to the mentally retarded and developmentally disabled, physician practices, pharmacy and durable medical equipment suppliers and billing companies, and routinely advise clients on compliance issues. We represent a broad range of providers and payors on compliance matters involving the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
