Benesch Adds Managing Associate to Corporate Team in Columbus

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to welcome Managing Associate Mathew S.N. Harris to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Columbus.

Matthew specializes in corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; he also counsels clients on an array of other corporate matters, including entity formation, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.

Matthew has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of transaction documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements, various ancillary documents, and complex operating agreements. Matthew also conducts due diligence and manages the diligence process. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure the successful completion of complex transactions.

Matthew graduated with a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Oberlin College.
