Benesch Client Loar Holdings Inc. Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Applied Avionics for $385 Million

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country, is pleased to announce our client Loar Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LOAR), a diversified manufacturer and supplier of niche aerospace and defense components, has successfully signed a definitive agreement to acquire Applied Avionics, Inc., a manufacturer of highly engineered avionics interface solutions catering to the aviation industry, valued at $385 million.

This accomplishment was achieved through the collaborative effort of the Benesch team, which navigated a competitive bidding process and worked under an expedited timeline to reach the signing. The team was led by partners Jen Stapleton and Sam Stucker in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and included Anthony Rossi, Julius Zavala, Aslam Rawoof, Leah Beitner, Dan Marks, Rachit Parikh, Duncan Poirier, Rick Tracanna, Lisa Kimmel, Melissa Grim, Mark Larsen, Margarita Krncevic, Joe Blalock, Connie Porter, Kevin Margolis, Anthony Ghazoul, Joel Pentz, Shannon Ligetti, Jonathan Todd and Vanessa Gomez.

The deal is expected to close shortly, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
