Benesch Represents L2 Brands in Acquisition of Wild Tribute

Benesch represented L2 Brands (“L2”), a provider of lifestyle products for the collegiate, golf, corporate and destination markets that is backed by private equity firm, Sentinel Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Wild Tribute, a lifestyle apparel brand inspired by national parks, state parks and iconic landmarks.
