Injune has experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other general corporate transactions and governance matters.
He received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. from New York University.
Injune is one of over 20 new attorneys to join Benesch so far in 2021. Since making its debut on the AmLaw 200 list in 2016, Benesch has advanced 27 places and is currently ranked at number 168.
