As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to announce that Zachary Jacob and Jonathan Fox have joined the firm. Jacob joins the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group and Fox joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Jacob is Of Counsel in the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the health care space. His experience includes serving as first and second chair transaction counsel in a variety of acquisitions, divestitures, affiliations, and joint ventures involving hospitals, physician groups, dialysis centers, long-term care facilities, urgent care centers, GPOs, and other health care providers and their affiliates.
Jacob received his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Hillsdale College.
Fox is an associate in Benesch’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He has experience assisting small and family-owned businesses in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, entity selection and formation, and contract review and drafting. He also has experience negotiating public sector contracts on behalf of local schools and municipalities, and drafting corporate organizational documents for corporations and limited liability companies
Fox received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Miami University.
Jacob and Fox are two of over 20 attorneys to join Benesch so far in 2021. Since making its debut on the AmLaw 200 list in 2016, Benesch has advanced 27 places and is currently ranked at number 168.
