Jonathan Fox Named to the 2022 National Black Lawyers Association “Top 40 Under 40”

The firm is pleased to announce that Jonathan Fox has been named to The National Black Lawyers Association’s “Top 40 Under 40” for 2022. The NBL hand-selects influential lawyers who have a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and who are leaders in their respective practice areas.

The National Black Lawyers is an organization that maintains a national network of the top black attorneys in each state. Its members are plaintiff and defense lawyers, represent law firms from across the nation, and specialize in a variety of practice areas.

Jonathan is an associate in Benesch’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and has experience representing private equity sponsors during acquisitions and recapitalizations of portfolio companies, and corporate entities in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of key business assets. He also has experience counseling clients on entity formation, restructuring, and corporate governance matters.
