Law Firm Management Veteran Scott Golin to Lead Benesch Strategy

Benesch is pleased to announce that nationally renowned legal industry consultant Scott Golin is joining the firm as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer.

Scott is a law firm management professional with more than 20 years of experience focused on law firm strategy, economics, and governance.  He joins the firm from Hoffman Alvary & Company where he was a partner in the Law Firm Consulting Practice.

As a consultant, Scott worked with top law firms across the country on strategic positioning and planning, firm combinations, partner compensation, succession planning, pricing and profitability, associate progression and development and other significant strategic objectives. He began his career in the Washington, DC office of Akin Gump, where he spent five years working on strategic initiatives, including economic improvement, firm expansion, pricing and profitability and special projects for firm leadership. Known nationwide as one of the legal industry’s most strategic thinkers and implementers, Scott has worked closely with Benesch over the past several years as the firm launched its growth strategy that has propelled its climb up the AmLaw rankings.
