Marcinko Joins Benesch

Benesch is pleased to announce that Meredith Marcinko has joined the firm as an associate in its Health Care Practice Group.

Ms. Marcinko has experience assisting clients in the formation of nonprofit entities, qualification of nonprofit entities for tax exempt status, and conversions to and from exempt status. She also assists hospitals, physicians, and health care providers on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid anti-kickback and physician self-referral rules.

Ms. Marcinko received her B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. magna cum laude from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She will work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.
