Stephanie is a leading retail and e-commerce attorney, known for building one of the first retail-focused practices offering a ‘one-stop shop’ for the industry. She is the partner-in-charge of Benesch’s powerhouse San Francisco office and chair of its highly regarded Retail and E-Commerce Practice Group. Stephanie has a distinguished career advising and defending iconic brands and start-ups, having tried numerous civil jury actions to defense verdicts and defended more than 50 consumer class actions. She represents clients in matters spanning false advertising, privacy violations, fraudulent pricing practices, sustainability claims, wiretapping and more.
