Overview

Alexa represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in their most significant transactions. Her practice spans domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, and other strategic deals, including transactions valued at up to $900 million.

Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented, Alexa works with clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer services and products, fire and life safety, and technology. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing key transaction documents, such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements, as well as leading the due diligence process. Clients appreciate her timely service, responsiveness, and dedication to finding innovative solutions to their challenges.

In her pro bono work, Alexa represents immigrants seeking asylum, helping them prepare for credible fear interviews.
