Overview

Alex focuses his practice on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries. Alex works closely with clients through all stages of the transactional process, including post-transaction corporate governance and commercial contract matters.

Alex works with clients ranging from smaller private clients to larger public companies in Chicago and around the country. In addition to his M&A work, Alex has represented private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, institutional lenders and individuals in other types of corporate transactions, including minority investments, co-investments and equity financings.
