Overview
Andrew focuses his practice on general corporate and transactional law.
He assists clients of various sizes, operating across a broad spectrum of industries, by advising them on corporate matters, commercial contract matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his law career, Andrew worked for eight years as an electrical engineer in the automotive industry designing, programming, and managing the deployment of robotic factory automation.

Represented Solv Energy in the purchase of the stock of Sacramento Drilling from its sole owner. Solv Energy, owned by American Securities, provides drilling and related services for the solar energy and construction industries.
