Overview

Ben is an associate in our Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group. 

He focuses his practice on corporate healthcare transactions, regularly acting as a cohesive and collaborative member on deal teams both in a general corporate role, and as a healthcare-specialist role. Specifically, Ben regularly leads diligence reviews and analysis for transactions in the healthcare space. Ben also advises clients on healthcare-related issues involving the corporate practice of medicine and healthcare fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and state-based counterparts to these laws.
