Overview
Since 2001, David has been representing public and private companies in a wide variety of complex litigation throughout the country.
David is a partner in Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Class Action Practice Group. He is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on business disputes. In particular, he defends clients in consumer class actions and related regulatory matters. He also handles securities litigation and SEC investigations for public companies. In addition to financial services firms, David represents a variety of other businesses, large and small, in litigation involving breaches of contract, intellectual property, construction, real estate, and product liability.
