Overview

Zev is an experienced attorney specializing in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, specifically acquisitions, dispositions, financing and condominium formations.

Zev regularly works closely with developers and architects in the condominium conversion process including obtaining 420-a real estate tax exemptions. In his previous role, Zev was focused on structured finance, litigation finance and collateralized loan obligations. With a strong background in mediation, structured finance and real estate, he excels in all complex legal matters.
