Duncan’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions for clients in New York and around the country. His clients range from institutional and nontraditional lenders and credit funds to developers and other borrowers, entrepreneurs, commercial landlords and tenants.
Duncan handles commercial real estate loans, acquisitions, dispositions of real estate and debt, joint ventures, leasing, sale-leasebacks and syndications involving office, retail, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties across the nation. His commercial real estate finance experience includes mortgage, construction, bridge and mezzanine loans, repurchase lending, participations, co-lender and intercreditor agreements, collateralized loan and debt obligations and other financings, loan modifications, restructurings and workouts.
