Duncan’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions for clients in New York, New Jersey and around the country. Duncan represents institutional and nontraditional lenders, credit funds, investors, developers, startups, commercial landlords and tenants.
Duncan handles commercial real estate loans, acquisitions, dispositions of real estate and debt, joint ventures, leasing, sale-leasebacks and syndications involving office, retail, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties across the nation. His commercial real estate finance experience includes mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction lending, repurchase lending, participations, co-lender and intercreditor agreements, collateralized loan and debt obligations and other financings, loan modifications, restructurings and workouts.
