Overview
Erica provides comprehensive counsel on transactional, regulatory, compliance and general corporate matters to healthcare provider entities and strategic and private equity investors in such entities, as well as represents them in acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Erica has a wide variety of healthcare sector clients, including physicians, physician and dental groups, laboratories, hospitals and health systems, veterinary practices, pharmacies, hospice agencies, home care companies, ancillary providers, and telemedicine and teledentistry organizations. Her experience spans directing healthcare regulatory and corporate diligence, conducting and coordinating analysis of healthcare regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and providing healthcare regulatory, corporate and business guidance regarding existing and proposed operations, internal and third-party agreements, policies and procedures, licensure requirements, and provider enrollment.
