Overview
Harry represents a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, venture capital and private equity financings, corporate governance matters and complex restructurings.
A former professional hockey player in the U.S. and Scotland, Harry brings the same drive, discipline and team-oriented mindset to his practice. He views collaboration as key to successful dealmaking and is known for his diligence, energy and focus on helping clients achieve shared goals.
Clients value Harry’s practical, thoughtful approach and his ability to manage risk while maintaining deal momentum. He works closely with clients to identify and mitigate potential exposures while keeping deals moving forward.
Harry is a strong advocate of pro bono work and has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to it. He was recognized as a “Pro Bono Superstar” at his prior firm and has advised on a range of matters, including commercial lease negotiations, business formation and restructuring, and nonprofit dissolutions.
Harry is also a frequent writer on the intersection of sports and the law, particularly in the evolving area of name, image and likeness (NIL).

Experience
Served as legal counsel to Atmus Filtration Technologies in its $450 million definitive agreement to acquire Koch Filter. The transaction strengthens Atmus’ market position by providing direct access to Koch Filter’s established customer network across commercial and industrial HVAC, data centers and power generation.
Represented GarageCo Holdings, Inc. in its add-on acquisition of Omaha Door & Window, expanding the GarageCo platform.
