Overview

Justin represents institutional and individual clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes involving product liability, personal injury, breach of contract, real estate, employment, environmental and public utility-related matters.

Justin has served as first-chair counsel at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He has extensive experience managing written and electronic discovery, as well as conducting and defending party, witness and expert depositions. Justin has also prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of clients through alternative dispute resolution forums such as JAMS and the American Arbitration Association.
