Kevin brings over 35 years of experience as an accomplished finance executive in the professional services space.
He has previously served in multiple financial and operational leadership roles, including as a Chief Financial Officer for AmLaw 100 national and international firms as well as a former Partner at a “Big 4” accounting firm.
Kevin is skillful in optimizing business processes, technology and talent and has demonstrated skills in resolving complex business issues in accounting, finance, operations, human resources, sales and business development, tax, legal, mergers and acquisitions and information systems.
He has extensive knowledge and experience with financial accounting and reporting for law firms. He has specific experience with reengineering the budget and financial reporting processes, negotiating leases, lines of credit, firm and client-side litigation funding agreements, financial process improvements utilizing automation, and profitability/cost modeling within the legal industry.
