Overview

Logan advises buyers and sellers on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, and other strategic endeavors.

Logan primarily represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million across sectors, including construction, industrial equipment, manufacturing, software, and retail.

Logan has deep experience in the construction industry and its related verticals including the residential and consumer construction sector, the industrial equipment sector, and the related manufacturing and distributorship supply-chains. He has successfully led multiple private equity roll-up strategies in such industries and is experienced in navigating government contracts, construction bonds, and the various licensing requirements present in such investment strategies.
