Overview

Noelle Torrice focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts and trade secret misappropriation actions.

Her deep experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-filing investigation and negotiation, discovery and motion practice, and trial and arbitration proceedings.  In addition to handling complex commercial litigation, Noelle represents businesses and individuals in creditors’ rights litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, and she has significant experience in insurance coverage, liability defense and transportation matters.

Noelle works closely with clients and the Benesch team to develop practical, creative solutions to business disputes as they arise. She values a collaborative approach to drive efficient, innovative, results-oriented problem-solving.  Noelle believes that the key to delivering client value is inextricably linked to the strength of her team – collaboration and mentorship are key to driving positive outcomes for her clients.

For her trade secret work, Noelle was recently recognized by Lex Machina as the 7th most active trade secret litigator in the United States in 2025, with Benesch being named as the 10th most active firm in this space.  This recognition is particularly notable given that Benesch is the only firm of its size to appear in the top 10 of the Lex Machina Trade Secret Litigation Report.

At Benesch, Noelle serves on the Pro Bono Committee and the WIN Steering Committee, and, prior to making partner, she served as Chair of the Firm’s Associate Development Committee.  Within the Delaware State Bar Association, Noelle is an active member of the Women and the Law Section and previously served as Co-Chair.

Noelle is also passionate about serving the greater Delaware community and is an active board member on the Board of Directors of Friendship House + Limen Recovery and Wellness, a Delaware non-profit organization focused on supporting individuals struggling with substance abuse and/or experiencing homelessness in Delaware.

Noelle is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
