Noelle Torrice

Noelle focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and trade secret misappropriation actions.

Noelle’s practice includes all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigation and negotiation, discovery, and motion practice.  In addition to complex commercial litigation, Noelle represents businesses and individuals in creditors’ rights litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.  Noelle also has extensive experience in insurance coverage, liability defense, and transportation matters.

Noelle enjoys collaborating with her clients and the internal Benesch team to craft creative solutions to business disputes and issues as they arise.  She believes a strong team is key to efficient and innovative problem solving.

At Benesch, Noelle serves on the Pro Bono Committee, the WIN Steering Committee, and was recently elected Vice-Chair of the Associate Development Committee.  Within the Delaware State Bar Association, Noelle recently completed a two-year term as Co-Chair of the DSBA’s Women and the Law Section.

Noelle is also passionate about serving the greater Delaware community and is an active board member on the Board of Directors of Friendship House, a Delaware non-profit organization focused on serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Delaware.

Noelle is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
