With a practice firmly rooted in corporate transactions and matters, Zach advises on complex multimillion-dollar and billion-dollar M&A and private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, PIPE transactions, equity-linked structures, general corporate governance and business operations. His clients include large and middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as publicly traded corporations, all of which cover a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Benesch, Zach was the general counsel of New Circle Capital. Before that, he was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
