Press Releases

Benesch is pleased to announce that Partners Kevin Capuzzi, Hanna Conger, Timothy Frey and Adam Primm have been named to the 2025 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under list, which recognizes the nation’s “best and brightest litigators” under the age of 40.

Benchmark Litigation, the leading resource for litigation rankings in the United States, selects honorees through extensive interviews with clients and peers, along with a rigorous evaluation of recent, high-impact casework.

Kevin M. Capuzzi is a partner in Benesch’s Bankruptcy and Litigation Practice Groups, based in the firm’s Wilmington, Del. office. His nationwide bankruptcy practice includes representation in high-profile matters and numerous retail bankruptcies. He is also active in pro bono family court matters and legal education initiatives. He has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under since 2022.

Hanna Conger advises energy-sector clients on regulatory approvals, grid infrastructure, utility rate-setting and emerging technologies including battery storage, microgrids and electric vehicle integration. Based in Benesch’s Chicago office, she frequently represents utilities before regulatory commissions and courts. This is Hanna’s first time being named to the Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under list.

Timothy M. Frey is a Chicago-based litigator with over a decade of experience in complex commercial matters, including products liability, class actions, contract and fiduciary disputes, data theft, employment litigation, and civil and criminal investigations. He has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under since 2022.

Adam Primm focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation across the country. Based in the firm’s Cleveland office, Adam handles wage-and-hour disputes, employee misclassification, wrongful discharge, retaliation, discrimination, restrictive covenant enforcement, union relations and agency defense. He has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under since 2022.
