When litigation matters arise for the not-for-profit organizations we represent, our Not-for-Profit Team actively pursues cost-effective outcomes. We have handled various types of litigation relating to gifts, bequests and trust distributions made to not-for-profit clients, including litigation in various probate courts across the country. Our team has also defended against claims of employment discrimination filed against not-for-profit organizations, and has litigated real estate taxation and property valuation/exemption issues for not-for-profit organizations. Of course, we also represent our clients in business disputes including collection needs, vendor contract controversies and insurance claims.
