Benesch Adds Patrick Manning to Real Estate Team in Cleveland

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Patrick Manning to the Real Estate Practice Group in Cleveland.

Patrick specializes in retail, commercial, and various other leasing transactions. With experience in both law firms and in-house roles for a national commercial retail developer, Patrick excels in negotiating leases, drafting agreements, and handling related documentation.

Patrick earned his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, his M.A. in Irish Studies from the University of Galway, Ireland, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University.
