On March 6, 2021, Rachel Winder testified before the Ohio House Finance Subcommittee on Agriculture, Development And Natural Resources on behalf of the Ohio Women’s Coalition (OWC) in support of a proposed $10 million women-owned business loan fund. The OWC is a diverse, non-partisan alliance of women’s organizations and women business owners who have come together to improve the economic position for all women in our state. The OWC was created to amplify the voice of women in Ohio and to help draw attention to the unique challenges that women encounter to gain access to economic opportunities.
