Jason is an associate in Benesch’s Corporate Practice Group, where he supports clients across a range of transactional and general corporate matters. His experience includes assisting on matters within the Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Finance groups; conducting due diligence; preparing research memoranda; reviewing purchase agreements; and supporting senior attorneys on complex transactions.
During his time as a summer associate at Benesch, Jason gained early exposure to the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Finance practices, contributing to a variety of transactional projects and research assignments that helped build the foundation for his current work.
In law school, Jason also gained experience working with both a major hospital system and a global innovation platform. He conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on issues impacting the health care industry and he drafted, reviewed and edited a variety of agreements with external counterparties. Jason also prepared and reviewed corporate membership agreements, negotiated nondisclosure agreements with investors and partners and summarized key terms of complex agreements for integration into Salesforce.
