Logan represents and advises privately and publicly held companies on complex transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions.
Logan has deep experience in the construction industry and its related verticals including the residential and consumer construction sector, the industrial equipment sector, and the related manufacturing and distributorship supply-chains. He has successfully led multiple private equity roll-up strategies in such industries and is experienced in navigating government contracts, construction bonds, and the various licensing requirements present in such investment strategies.
Logan is the author of “Master Your Mind: How to Control Your Mental State Instead of Your Mental State Controlling You.” In this book, Logan explores the relations between neuroscience and psychology to map out a path for daily productivity and mental well-being.

- Represented a private equity sponsor and its portfolio company in multiple add-on acquisitions, including the acquisition of a wholesaler and distributor of industrial weights and related measuring equipment.
- Represented the buyer in its acquisition of a distributor of lifting products and accessories.
- Represented Gridiron Capital in the sale of Foundation Wellness, a leading consumer wellness platform that designs, manufactures, markets, and sells high-value branded wellness products, to Bansk Group.
- Represented Trivest in the platform acquisition of Province, a leading and nationally recognized restructuring and advisory firm.
- Represented private equity sponsor in its simultaneous acquisitions of an oncology practice service provider and a group purchasing organization.
- Represented Olympus Partners and Excel Fitness Holdings in their acquisition of fitness clubs in Texas and Oklahoma.
- Represented Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, in its acquisition of Diamonds Direct USA Inc., a direct-to-consumer destination retailer, for $490 million.
