Martha has a full range of experience with mergers, acquisitions and corporate recapitalizations, including document drafting, review and ancillary document organization.

Martha has extensive experience in state and securities research, audit request and response letters and entity formations/dissolutions.

She is capable in drafting and review of merger agreements, parent company guarantees, powers of attorney, corporate resolutions and secretary certificates. Martha is also familiar with litigation management, domestic and international insurance renewals and product liability litigation. Her prior experience includes work with a large Cleveland law firm and NASDAQ public company.
