Overview

Philip focuses his practice on senior and mezzanine lending, private equity finance, and institutional and syndicated transactions. He also advises clients on liquidity events, including sell-side and buy-side M&A and ESOP financings, as well as workout and restructuring matters. 

In addition, he provides general counsel services, covering entity formation, business transactions, corporate governance, day-to-day operations, and commercial contracts.

As an undergraduate, Philip attended The Ohio State University, where he was a member of the football team and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Philip went on to graduate summa cum laude with a JD/MBA from Capital University.
