Trisha has extensive experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters, corporate transactions, and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
Trisha specializes in advising clients on the benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements. She is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, severance arrangements, and equity incentive programs, bringing strategic insight to complex workplace matters. With a deep understanding of the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA, Trisha guides clients in the administration and compliance of various employee benefit plans and programs.
Beyond her corporate practice, Trisha is committed to pro bono service, participating in Cleveland’s Right to Counsel program and the Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program. Previously, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James G. Carr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Representative Matters Include:
- Represented Honeywell in the spin-off of its Advanced Materials business, now operating as Solstice Advanced Materials, including leading the separation workstream and contract analysis to establish Solstice as an independent, publicly traded company and supporting Honeywell’s strategic transformation into three distinct industry-leading businesses.
