William focuses his practice primarily on the representation of debtors and creditors in such matters as asset-based loan agreements, workouts, reorganizations, secured transactions, and loan origination, negotiation and restructurings.
He also has extensive experience with general corporate transactional strategic analysis and has handled matters in such industries as wholesale distribution, retail, light manufacturing and service.

Represented a steel manufacturing company in a $22 million sale of its alloy extrusions businesses to a strategic purchaser.
Represented a leading promotional products company in connection with senior secured $10,000,000 credit facility and $3,250,000 subordinated term loan provided by an SBIC fund.
Represented the Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) regarding the myriad issues arising as a result of the filings of chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions by Caesars Entertainment Operating Co. and many of its affiliates (CEOC). In particular, certain of CEOC’s non-debtor affiliates held an indirect ownership interest in, and managed, the Horseshoe Casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati. Therefore, we advised the OCCC regarding evaluation and satisfaction of its statutory duties, exercised in a strategic manner, in the context of CEOC’s ongoing chapter 11 cases.
Representing a glass products manufacturer in its financial restructuring and recapitalization as a going concern.
Represented client as strategic Stalking-Horse Bidder to purchase assets as going concern in a Section 363 bankruptcy sale.
