Represented one of the largest and progressive radiology groups in its acquisition of, and partnership with, various physician radiology practices across the United States.*
Represented multiple physician groups in obtaining Certificates of Need to establish new ambulatory surgical facilities in Illinois.
Represented a venture capital firm in its partnership with a four-state integrated network of physician clinics, outpatient centers, and hospitals to expand diagnostic imaging services.*
Worked with Ohio legislature, various medical specialty groups and the State Medical Board regarding issues before the legislature impacting physician contracting and insurance contract changes and requirements.
Represented numerous primary care and specialist physician groups in connection with a wide range of corporate and health care related matters.
Represented major healthcare system in multi-million-dollar breach of employment contract claim brought by physician who had his hospital privileges terminated. Successfully obtained summary judgment in Illinois circuit court, which was affirmed by both the Illinois appellate court and the Illinois Supreme Court.*
