Alyssa was counsel for certain pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors in a multidistrict litigation in New Jersey federal court that alleged products contained higher than acceptable levels of carcinogens. She successfully moved to dismiss several causes of action, forcing a deminimus settlement that extracted her clients from the case.
