Benesch is pleased to announce that Cannabis Industry Group Chair Bryna Dahlin and Of Counsel Alissa Jubelirer have been named to the 2025–2026 Global Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers list, published by Cannabis Law Report & Cannabis Law Journal.
The annual list honors the world’s most accomplished cannabis attorneys based on client and peer input. Dahlin and Jubelirer’s recognition reflects their leadership in advising companies navigating the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of the cannabis industry.
Dahlin is nationally recognized for guiding cannabis companies of all sizes—from emerging operators to publicly traded companies—through licensing, branding, corporate transactions, and compliance matters. In the past year, she has led clients through multi-state expansions, complex M&A transactions, and high-stakes regulatory challenges.
Jubelirer draws on her combined legal and entrepreneurial experience to counsel cannabis and hemp businesses on employment, labor, and operational issues. Recently, she has advised operators on workforce compliance and HR strategies, as well as provided practical guidance informed by her prior role as General Counsel to a multi-state cannabis operator and her experience running cultivation and manufacturing businesses.
