Overview

Brad has represented employers before state administrative agencies and before federal and state courts.

Brad works with employers on a variety of federal and state labor and employment matters. Brad has represented hospitals, nursing homes, construction contractors, and manufacturing companies. He has experience in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and workers’ compensation. In addition, Brad has experience in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act regarding race discrimination, retaliation, and failure to promote.
