Experience
Acted as developer’s representative for a continuing care retirement community’s financing. The financing involved a tax exempt bond issue, partially credit-enhanced through the FHA 232 program and partial credit enhanced through a money-center bank’s letter of credit, accompanied with a combination loan/grant through a federally financed urban empowerment zone financing.
Designated lender’s counsel for health care matters for two national health care lending banks.
