Today’s supply chains drive commercial success and risk management. Jonathan Todd works in the supply chain discipline because it is 100% practical. Every day he and his team answer the question “How do we get it done?” for domestic and international clients.

Jonathan’s work is nationally ranked by clients in Chambers USA for categories in both Transportation (National Band 1) and International Trade (National Band 4). His clients include the retailers, manufacturers, technology companies, transportation providers, and logistics firms whose business functions involve the movement of goods in the United States and abroad. His portfolio of experience includes industry mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiating of all forms, government license and permit management, business operations counsel, new business lines, new market entry, geopolitical risk management, regulatory compliance counsel and enforcement defense, claims, and dispute resolution.

Experience matters because there is no one-size-fits-all supply chain. Jonathan’s entire career has focused on advising clients in transportation, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, procurement, sales, customs, and international trade compliance matters. He has served the industry on advisory committees and councils by appointment of the Transportation Secretary, Commerce Secretary, TSA Administrator, and Ohio Governor. He previously served as senior counsel and officer for a global transportation, logistics, and customs brokerage provider. Earlier in his career, he received a graduate degree in supply chain management in addition to his law degree, a certificate in international law, a customs broker license, and a fellow designation from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
