Nisha's practice also includes leveraged buyout financings for acquisitions, litigation financing and M&A transactions.  She has considerable experience with structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of commercial finance transactions involving large and middle-market companies, including health care loans, syndicated loans, asset-based loans, senior and subordinated debt, venture debt and debtor-in-possession financings.  Her experience extends to working with clients on loan modifications, collateral issues and workouts.
