Overview

Rachit has extensive experience in privacy matters, service contracts, patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate and patent counseling, intellectual property technology transaction, and trademark counseling.

He has worked on analyzing and drafting patent applications and response strategies for domestic and foreign office action for a broad array of mechanical, electrical, biomechanical, and software-based technologies while counseling clients on patenting strategies. In addition, Rachit has worked on conducting IP due diligence for M&A transactions, including preparing disclosure schedule and diligence reports, as well drafting non-disclosure agreements and intellectual property sections for various licensing & purchase agreements.

He has worked on analyzing and drafting various services agreements from both a vendor perspective and a customer perspective as well as counseling clients on risks associated with such services agreements. Additionally, Rachit has drafted various privacy policies, data processing addendums, and counseled clients through data breaches.
