Overview
Kevin focuses his practice on the environmental aspects of corporate, commercial lending, and real estate transactions.
He manages environmental enforcement and litigation matters and provides counseling on regulatory issues. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Kevin is the President of the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland, a board member of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, the former Chair of the Federation’s Allocations Education Subcommittee, and Chair of the JHub Advisory Group. He also is a board member of the Cleveland Play House.

Represented client in purchasing Liberty Waste Services, a leading provider of solid waste transportation and disposal services for customers throughout the Northeast and Midwest. The company handles municipal solid waste and construction and demolition debris through three facilities located in New Jersey, a 1,285 acre landfill in Springfield Township, Ohio, and a transfer station in Bridgeport, Ohio.
Represented Altus Capital Partners II, LP in its sale of Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. to German-based Vossloh Group.
Represented a national lender in an approximately $60 million loan default included issues involving leasehold mortgages, bankruptcy and contaminated property.
